Bulgogi Rice Kit
Korean Bulgogi Bowl Kit, Korean food is renowned for being hot & spicy but we make our Bulgogi on the mild side for everyone to enjoy. Minced turkey in a mildly spicy, savory, sweet & sour *sauce with onions, red bell peppers, carrots & cabbage (no Kimchi here). It is addictive! A second container of steamed Jasmine Rice is provided as well as packets of toasted sesame seeds & pickling brine.

How To Bulgogi
Thaw overnight in the fridge. Clean & slice a small cucumber and add the sauce packet. Toss & let them sit for 20 minutes or more. Pickles are done.
Heat the Bulgogi mix in a covered pan over medium heat with 1-2 tbsp of water until hot.
Reheat the rice in a covered pot with 2 tbsp water over a low flame.
Serve the Bulgogi over the rice, top with pickles and sesame seeds.

Thaw your meal in the fridge overnight. Heat the oven to 375F with the rack 1 above the middle. Keep the foil cover on the meat & vegetables but remove it over the stuffing and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove the cover completely and continue cooking for 15 more minutes.
Mac & Cheese
Our famously creamy sauce and cheddar cheese make this extra good. Made with Italian DeCecco penne pasta, milk, sour cream & two types of cheddar cheese seasoned with garlic & our own special seasoning. This is GREAT Mac & Cheese.

Absolutely DO NOT cook from frozen. Thaw overnight in the fridge. The next day heat your oven to 350F or 176C. Take off the plastic top and place the tin on a baking tray in the upper part f the oven. Bake until the top is melted and the interior set, about 30 minutes. The time depends on your oven.

Mom had certain things she cooked that were the divine, the rest was survival. This Apple Pie is divine, though I have reduced the sugar in the filling considerably so that the apples bring the sweetness complimented by the traditional spices all tucked inside an all butter crust.

Heat the sauce and meatballs in a frying pan with a lid over low heat.
Boil unsalted water and briefly put the spaghetti in it to heat it. Then transfer the pasta to the frying pan with the sauce and add 2 tablespoons of the pasta water swirling them all together. Sprinkle your beautiful spaghetti with the Grano Pandana cheese.

Our Dragon Gate style crispy Spring Rolls have impossibly thin, crunchy wrappers that shatter in each bite. Inside they are packed with home grown bean sprouts, "char siu" style marinated tofu strips, mixed vegetables & black mushrooms in a savory sauce. They come with a separate sauce packet of our lightly spicy, sweet & sour Secret Sauce.

Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 375F 180C. Place the frozen rolls on a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are hot inside & crunchy outside. Thaw the sauce cup at room temperature. Do not microwave for best results.

General Tso’s Chicken & Rice Kit
Tender little pieces of marinated chicken covered in a delicate, light, crispy batter. The tangy sauce packet is separate, so you can add it to the crispy chicken to pour it over the Jasmine rice. A cute little packet of toasted sesame seeds is included to finish your dish.
